Job Description:

A company is looking for a Major Accounts Director.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives and revenue goals
Lead and manage a sales team, providing mentorship and guidance
Analyze sales data, maintain client relationships, and seek new business opportunities

Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of sales experience with 5 years in a senior leadership role
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
Experience managing a large and diverse sales team
Familiarity with CRM and other sales-related tools and technologies
Strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire a team
