Job Description LaSalle Network is partnering with a national nonprofit organization who is looking to hire a Manager of Community Partnerships to manage the Los Angeles/Southern California region.The Manager of Community Partnerships is responsible for meeting monthly and quarterlygoals by creating marketing and business developmentcampaigns that engage individuals, organizations and businesses.

Manager of Community Partnerships Responsibilities:

• Identify, lead, support and motivate new donors and cultivate and coordinate plans and logistics for existing donors
• Identify new partners to host collections on an individual and regional level
• Develop strategic marketing plans with the Community Partnership and Multimedia teams to promote current and new collection campaigns
• Report, forecast and develop plans for current territory on all drives and donation bins for budget development
• Cultivate donors through volunteering and drive events; provide customer service to donors
• Work closely with corporate team to maximize partnerships
• Research targeted groups within the state to engage new supporters and make connections through networking
• Maintain daily donations, operations and maintenance of warehouse
• Coordinate and help with pick-ups, truck loading and additional activities
• Communicate and oversee individual and group volunteers
  Manager of Community Partnerships Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience working for a nonprofit or experience with volunteering
  • Strong sales-oriented personality
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills; ability to build/maintain strong relationships
  • Ability to think critically, voice opinions and be open to feedback
  • Strong work ethic
