Sodexo is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our Corporate
Services Sales team! -
This is a Virtual Position!
The Senior Project Manager for the Sales Operations team will be an
integral part of our sales organization, adding an expert level of
organization and professionalism to the reporting and pursuit
processes. Our team works across business development leaders,
proposal development resources, global CRM teams, and food and FM
operational teams in order to complete and better our sales
processes and reporting to the benefit of Sodexo.
The Senior Project Manager will support the various verticals
within Sales Operations by:
The successful candidate will place a high value on learning and
collaboration as these areas will be key to their ongoing success.
They will have a high emotional acumen and be able to work well
with individuals at every level of the Sodexo organization. Program
management skills will be key to this role; a background or passion
for design, writing, and/or reporting will be helpful. -

Position Summary
Oversees various programs/projects of a highly complex nature. -May
be responsible for assembling team, assigning individual
responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources needed, and
developing schedule to ensure timely completion of program/project.
-Must be familiar with the system's scope and program/project's
objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member to
effectively coordinate the activities of the team.
Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree -or equivalent
experience
Basic Management Experience - -5 years - - -
Basic Functional Experience - 3 years -of experience in program
