Sodexo is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our Corporate Services Sales team! -
This is a Virtual Position!
The Senior Project Manager for the Sales Operations team will be an integral part of our sales organization, adding an expert level of organization and professionalism to the reporting and pursuit processes. Our team works across business development leaders, proposal development resources, global CRM teams, and food and FM operational teams in order to complete and better our sales processes and reporting to the benefit of Sodexo.
The Senior Project Manager will support the various verticals within Sales Operations by:

• Bid Management
• Setting out a schedule and path forward for business development leaders, subject matter experts, proposal development resources, and other primary parties on complex pursuits
• Working with each party to design and implement winning proposals
• May interview and assist in writing and designing proposals
• Collaborating across departments to ensure standardized Sodexo sales processes are adhered to
• Interview and discuss with Sales Operations leadership lessons learned and design new best practices for pursuits for all parties involved
  
• CRM Management
• Designing project paths for CRM goals
• Assisting in data implementation in Salesforce
• Compiling reports from Salesforce related to CRM goals
• May assist in some reporting
  
• Other Sales Operations VerticalsThe Sales Operations Department is expanding and new verticals are planned to become part of the department
• Assist in designing the programs and reporting needed for new verticals
• Collaborate with new partners as part of the vertical implementation
• Assist in some reporting, writing, and program implementation as needed
  The successful candidate will place a high value on learning and collaboration as these areas will be key to their ongoing success. They will have a high emotional acumen and be able to work well with individuals at every level of the Sodexo organization. Program management skills will be key to this role; a background or passion for design, writing, and/or reporting will be helpful. -

  Position Summary
  Oversees various programs/projects of a highly complex nature. -May be responsible for assembling team, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing schedule to ensure timely completion of program/project. -Must be familiar with the system's scope and program/project's objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member to effectively coordinate the activities of the team.
  Qualifications & Requirements
  Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree -or equivalent experience
  Basic Management Experience - -5 years - - -
