Job Description Job Description SUMMARY: The Assembler is
responsible for following manufactured/ purchase order details to
meet assembly requirements. Also they will review assembly
engineering blueprints, parts lists, and specifications. The
Assembler must be able to explain the respective role within the
QMS and how their role contributes to quality The Assembler shall
contribute to product conformity as apart to their daily job
function and shall contribute to product safety. The Assembler
shall also be aware of ethical behavior and conduct themselves
accordingly to Karman policies and procedures. ABOUT US: Karman

AUTHORITY: · Maintain and Realize AS 9100 procedures and continuous
improvement efforts. · Maintain a clean and organized work
environment. · Assemble detail parts as required. · Install
requisite hardware. · Deburr parts to meet drawing requirements. ·
Identify product to meet drawing requirements. · Assist in
packaging of product to assure damage free deliverables. · Touch-up
paint / coated surfaces as required. · Work with Program Managers
to assure timely assembly of product. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
· High school graduate or equivalent work experience. · Adequate
years of assembly experience required determined by Karman.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS: · Must be detail oriented,
extremely organized and able to follow instructions. · Must have
excellent blue print interpretation skills. · Must be able to use
inspection equipment (i.e. calipers, micrometers, etc.). · Must be
able to use assembly hand tools. · Must be able to lift 25 lbs. ·
Must have direct communication with internal customers. · Must be
trained of applicable changes & customer requirements. · Must know
the QMS basic system of reporting, record keeping and follow
instructions. ITAR REQUIREMENTS: To conform to U.S. Government
