Job Description Job Description Job Title: Maintenance Technician (DIRECT HIRE) Job Description The Maintenance Technician will play a crucial role in maintaining production equipment and ensuring the smooth operation of various systems within the facility. This role involves performing electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and steam system repairs and installations as needed. The technician will also be responsible for installing wire and conduit for equipment and troubleshooting AC and DC drives. Responsibilities Maintain and repair production equipment. Perform electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and steam system installations and repairs. Install wire and conduit for new and existing equipment, such as conveyors, programmable controllers, and machinery. Troubleshoot AC and DC drives. Conduct preventive maintenance activities, including lubrication and measurement. Perform emergency or breakdown maintenance to support plant operations. Replace faulty electrical components, such as relays, switches, motors, and sensors. Accurately use measurement and test equipment. Adhere to all safety rules and practices. Essential Skills 5 years of industrial maintenance experience. 5 years of electrical troubleshooting experience. 5 years of mechanical maintenance experience. Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting. Experience with 480 voltage systems. Ability to read schematics and blueprints. Skills in pneumatics, welding, and PLC programming. Why Work Here?
