Job Description:

A company is looking for a Lead Nuclear Fuel and Packaging Mechanical Analysis Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop creative solutions and reduce analysis complexity for complex engineering problems
Analyze fuel and packaging designs to develop loads and response characteristics
Confirm structural stress and fatigue criteria are met for fuel, core components, and packaging

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
Minimum of 5 years of applicable experience performing mechanical analysis
Master's degree or greater in an engineering discipline is desired
Nuclear industry knowledge/experience is desired
Strong knowledge of mechanical analysis fundamentals and codes
