Job Description:

A company is looking for a Backend Engineering Manager.
Key responsibilities:

Manage and grow a team of 4-8 senior Python software engineers
Support software development cycles by prioritizing, speccing, and building features
Act as a technical sounding board, fine-tuning architecture and brainstorming solutions for engineering challenges

Required qualifications:

Annual team retreat
2+ years of experience leading a software engineering team
4+ years of senior software engineering experience
Strong interest and experience in backend technologies
Detail-oriented, organized, and great at oral/written communication
Located in the US (lower 48 timezones) and a US citizen or green card holder
