meet these qualifications will not be considered. This position
seeks dedicated paraeducators and behavior technicians to support
K-12 students in a dynamic school environment. The role focuses on
assisting teachers and providing behavioral support to foster a
positive and productive learning atmosphere. Candidates will work
collaboratively within the educational team to address diverse
student needs. Key Responsibilities: Provide instructional support
under the supervision of classroom teachers. Assist students with
learning activities and classroom tasks. Implement behavior
intervention plans and support individual behavioral goals. Monitor
student progress and document observations. Promote a safe,
inclusive, and respectful classroom environment. Collaborate with
staff to support individualized education programs (IEPs).
Qualifications and Desired Experience: Experience as a
paraprofessional or behavior technician in an educational setting
preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patience,
empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students. Knowledge
of behavior management strategies. Commitment to supporting diverse
learners and adapting to individual needs. Ability to follow
instructions and work well within a team. Location: Santa Ana, CA
Employment Details: Contract position for the current school year
(CSY). Role involves working directly within a K-12 school. This
role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students'
educational experiences by providing essential support in both
academic and behavioral development. Qualified candidates are

from $18.52 to $35.52. Eligible candidates may also receive
