Key Responsibilities: Assist classroom teachers in delivering instructional support tailored to student needs. Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students, particularly those requiring behavioral interventions. Implement behavior intervention plans under the guidance of specialists. Support classroom management and promote a positive learning atmosphere. Monitor and report on student progress and behavior. Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other staff to foster student success. Desired Skills and Qualifications: Experience as a paraprofessional or behavior technician in educational settings.
