seeking a Client Service Representative to join our team! Our CSRs
serve a vital role as the first and last point of contact with a
client and their pet. As the face of the hospital, they greet
visitors with warmth and compassion, fostering trust in the
veterinary team, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. In this role,
you will schedule and manage the flow of appointments, provide
empathetic customer service while multi-tasking between a
multi-line phone system and in-person clients, process financial
transactions, answer inquiries, and provide essential information
about the services we provide. This position is ideal for
candidates with a background in fast-paced customer service, who
are friendly and outgoing, detail-oriented, excellent at
multi-tasking, and committed to contributing to a team-focused
environment. This is a flexible, full-time, or part-time position,
with a 5/8 schedule and availability needed Monday-Saturday.
Full-time benefits and compensation: Compensation: $17-19/per hour,
for each hour worked*, based on experience and skill set Health

service experience Previous veterinary experience is highly desired
Claremont Veterinary Hospital provides quality care for dogs and
cats in the Claremont, CA, community. We perform a large number of
dental procedures and provide a range of services, including
cardiology, dermatology, general wellness, and more! Our three
doctors have nearly 30 years of combined experience and are
assisted by a talented support team (including 3 RVTs!). We are
well-equipped with a new endoscope tower, ultrasound, digital
radiographs, two dental units, two rigid endoscopes, and more!
