Job Description Job Description TI Superintendent Job Title: Superintendent Job Location: Los Angeles, CA Salary: $130k-$150k Benefits Vehicle 401k, etc. Requirements: 5 Years Experience as Construction Superintendent experience Tenant Improvement / Interior projects for Commercial spaces This is a full time/permanent position with a well-established General Contractor primarily focused on commercial interior projects. Due to consistent growth, they are currently hiring for experienced Superintendents. This person will be responsible for overseeing all field staff and the overall success of the construction projects. Benefits and Highlights Compensation: $130k-$150k Benefits, 401k, PTO, etc. Vehicle or Vehicle allowance Stable / Reputable General Contractor with Consistent projects Growth opportunity and excellent company culture Strong Glass Door rating / employment tenure What You Will Be Doing Oversee and manage daily field operations, subcontractors, etc. Manage the team in evaluating project scope, site logistics, ensuring safety standards are met, etc. Monitor construction progress Maintaining a good client/customer relationship throughout the project What You Need for this Position 6 Years Experience as Construction Superintendent Experience on TI / Interior construction commercial projects Experience scheduling, field supervision, quality control, and production of all phases of construction Benefits - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
