Job Description Job Description Job Title: Laminating Machine Operator Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Laminating Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating lamination machines, ensuring that production processes run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities Set up and operate lamination machines. Ensure proper functioning of the machines during the production process. Conduct inspections and use measurement tools to maintain quality control. Assist other departments as needed to ensure smooth production operations. Essential Skills Experience in production and packaging. Proficiency in machine operation and maintenance. Familiarity with measurement tools and inspection processes. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with corrugated or plastic materials is preferred. Ability to work in a bilingual environment. Spanish speaker or bilingual capability is an asset. Work Environment This role operates within a plastic manufacturing environment. The position requires working on the 3rd shift from 10 PM to 6:30 AM, Monday through Friday. The team is multicultural, and the workplace is supportive of bilingual communication. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Commerce, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $20.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
