About the Estimator/Project Manager Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator/Project Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong estimating and project management experience in the commercial construction or facilities maintenance industry. Estimator/Project Manager Key Responsibilities: Perform bid services and prepare cost estimates for commercial clients. Conduct site visits, assessments, and bid document reviews. Manage the proposal process from start to finish. Review Zoho or designated database for new bid requests. Provide excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle. Evaluate labor, materials, and subcontractor services needed for repairs or improvements. Prepare fair and accurate cost analyses and pricing proposals. Estimator/Project Manager Preferred Qualifications: Strong background in commercial construction estimating 3 plus years. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
