This is a permanent, full-time role that offers an exciting opportunity to lead and manage the operations of our HVAC department. As the HVAC Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our HVAC services, from initial design and installation to maintenance and repairs. You will be working in a fast-paced, challenging environment that requires strategic thinking, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong technical understanding of HVAC systems. Strong Compensation Package Excellent Benefits Career Growth Job Details Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HVAC department, ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Manage a team of HVAC technicians, providing training, guidance, and support as needed. Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards. Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing solutions that meet their needs and maintain our company's reputation for excellence. Prepare and manage the HVAC department's budget, making cost-effective decisions to maximize profitability. Keep up-to-date with the latest HVAC technologies and industry trends, implementing new practices as appropriate. Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC service management. Proven experience in managing and leading a team of HVAC technicians. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including design, installation, maintenance, and repair. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex HVAC issues. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively. Strong budgeting and financial management skills.
