We are seeking an experienced High End & Creative Office Tenant
Improvement Project Manager with a strong background in office and
commercial tenant improvement projects in Los Angeles. The ideal
candidate will have 5-10 years of experience working with a general
contractor on construction projects. This role demands a proactive
leader with excellent project management skills, a keen eye for
detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional results. Client

improvement projects from inception to completion, ensuring they
are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Coordinate
and oversee all project activities, including planning, scheduling,
budgeting, and execution. Collaborate closely with clients,
architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure
project requirements and expectations are met. Conduct regular site
visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety standards. Identify
and mitigate potential risks and issues, resolving them promptly to
keep projects on track. Prepare and present regular project updates
and reports to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with all local
building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Foster strong
relationships with clients, enhancing their overall project
experience. Profile Bachelor's degree in Construction Management,
Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. 5-10 years of
experience in project management with a general contractor,
specifically focusing on office and commercial building and
construction tenant improvement projects. Proven track record of
successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong
understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations
specific to tenant improvements. Excellent leadership,
communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project
management software and tools. Detail-oriented with strong
organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work
effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Michael Page
