Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior State Medicaid RFP Proposal
Writer to join their team for an ongoing contract role starting in
November 2023.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate and lead meetings with SMEs and Key Stakeholders
Develop strong proposal outlines and leverage resources to include
strategy, data points, etc
Write clear, concise, and persuasive proposals that address client
needs and requirements
Required Qualifications:
Medicaid background and/or knowledge with provider or health plan
organizations
Previous writing experience on large-scale proposals or
State-bids
Demonstrated knowledge of SharePoint and the proposal process
Experience supporting specific, population-based Medicaid proposal
efforts
Experience or knowledge of Medicaid population-tracking tools such
as case trackers, care management trackers, etc
