Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven E-commerce
Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate
will be responsible for developing and executing marketing
strategies to drive sales and enhance brand visibility across
multiple online channels, including our direct website and
marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, and Walmart. The E-Commerce
Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for creating dynamic
solutions when appropriate, all while adhering to Chaparral
Motorsports and industry best practices.Compensation:

YOU'LL BE DOING
- Merchandises the eCatalog, sets up SKUs, updates product pages
and builds category and brand pages
- Market and maintain products on eBay, Amazon, Walmart to boost
product ranking and visibility
- Publishes and maintains dynamic and static content through the
e-commerce management tool; includes data management with
eCatalog
- File cases, fix listing/account health issues, and respond to
troubleshooting needs
- Create listings, identify keywords, improve SEO to ensure
maximum exposure of our products
- Comply and understand all of the performance metrics and rules
governing each eCommerce marketplace
- Manage executive expectations, ensuring executive remain
informed about the status of their request and are responded to in
a timely manner
- Document work and update open requests appropriately
- Work with team to ensure items on marketplaces are priced to be
competitive while evaluating company profit margin; work with
department leader to identify areas of opportunity for increased
profitability
- Perform Keyword Research and Listing Optimization, and Review,
edit, and maintain content details, such as product names,
descriptions, attributes, and video links; ensure implementing
these optimizations
- Work cross-departmentally to identify issues and provide
solutions to address and fix errors; oversee the error correction
process to ensure successful outcomes and accuracy
- Coordinate with the marketing team to develop and execute
promotional strategies, including discounts, coupons, and special
offers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and
platform changes to make data-driven recommendations for
improvements.
- Create and maintain performance reports and KPIs, providing
regular updates to management on the progress and results of
marketplace initiatives.
- Liaise with internal departments, including marketing,
logistics, and finance, to ensure the seamless execution of
e-commerce operationsARE YOU A GOOD FIT?We are looking for someone

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related
field
- Minimum 2+ years of eCommerce marketplace operation (i.e.
Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Wayfair, Overstock) or online retailing
experience is a must
- Proficient Knowledge of computer operation. Tech-savvy with
proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheet, Google Drive, HTML, and
Photoshop preferred
- Experience with automotive/powersports/motorcycle/tires product
categories is a big plus
- A can-do attitude and team-centric
- Strong passion and drive to succeed
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
- Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience managing marketplace accounts
- Third-party catalogue product enablement and management (for
example: 3P and 1P marketplace product listing and management
experience)
- Basic HTML or SQL
