• Posted 3 weeks agoThrivas Staffing Agency Roofing company is currently hiring an Administrative Assistant. The position is full time Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. This is a long term project expected to last at least 6 months. The company is seeking a qualified applicant who is immediately available. The pay is up to $27 per hour, depending on experience.The roofing company has over 5 offices nationwide and multiple locations in the state. They provide roofing installation and repair work on residential and commercial property. Each office provides a comfortable laid-back atmosphere and allows for casual dress code. The ideal applicant will experience working for a roofing company, plumber, or other genera construction where permits are pulled, lien releases are prepared, etc. Individuals with knowledge of these areas are preferred.This position will provide training if needed. The Administrative Assistant must be comfortable working in fast paced environment and capable of managing multiple tasks at once. You will answer phones from customers, screen and transfer calls and provide general customer service. Coordinate appointments for sales team, review roofing estimates and contracts for accuracy, and open new records for accounts and perform all data entry and records maintenance. You must be capable of uploading photos from job sites, and using multiple software programs. The Administrative Assistant is also responsible for accepting payment over the phone, pull permits and prepare release of lien. You will work closely with office manager, sales manager, bookkeeper and corporate office.
