Office Assistant

Job Description:

Our client is in need of an office assistant who can assist the front desk administrator with daily tasks. This would include, but not limited to, greeting visitors, daily data entry, calling clients and completing client files, as well as answering multiple line phones. The ideal candidate will be completely fluent in Spanish- read, write, and speak because drafting documents in Spanish may become part of daily tasks.



This is a small office and all employees work closely together, so the ideal candidate will be a team player and open to learning new office tasks. The ideal candidate will also possess the trait of taking the initiative and problem solving on their own. Little supervision will be incorporated in this position.
