Job Description:
A company is looking for an Enterprise Architect specializing in
Front Office processes.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and mature a platform-first strategy around customer
lifecycle management capabilities
Create and maintain technology roadmaps aligned with business
objectives
Produce high-level design documents in collaboration with Solution
Architects for major projects
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field
10+ years of engineering and architecture experience in the
customer relationship management domain
Strong background in architecture methodology
Practical experience with CRM tools, including familiarity with
SugarCRM
Knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud tools
