You'll Be Doing as the Accounts Payable Specialist: Enter invoices
quickly and accurately into the system (200 per week) Match
invoices with purchase orders and receipts Help with vendor setup
and updating records Assist with tracking and organizing invoice
data in Excel Support the AP team with other administrative tasks
as needed What You'll Bring as the Accounts Payable Specialist: 1
year of data entry, accounting, or office experience Familiarity
with invoice processing or willingness to learn Basic Excel skills
(sorting, filtering, simple formulas) Strong attention to detail
and accuracy Good communication and a team-player attitude
