Job Description:

A company is looking for a Financial Planning Consultant.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow the retail IRA and service offering for the Voya Retail business through sales and client relationship management
Conduct needs analysis and provide guidance on investment decisions, retirement income planning, and wealth accumulation
Deliver the Voya value proposition to individual customers through outbound campaigns and service execution

Required Qualifications:

College degree or 3+ years of relevant financial services experience
Series 7 and 65/66 licenses, CRPC designation, and insurance licensing
Strong sales and customer relationship experience, knowledge of retirement and retirement income planning, and adherence to fiduciary standards
Willingness to share best practices, strong work ethic, and leadership traits
Preferred: MBA, CFP, or CFA designations
