Structured Finance Director

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Structured Finance Director.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the implementation and launch of new Fund vehicles on the platform
Coordinate and collaborate with internal departments, client-partners, and external counsel
Create and document processes and policies for long-term success

Qualifications:

7-10+ years of experience in structuring new fund vehicles or executing private credit investments
Strong project management and organizational skills
Proficiency in financial analysis and Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks and deadlines
Comfort with technology tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, and Asana
