Job Description:

A company is looking for an Accounting Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:

Gather and process work log packets and invoices
Assist with renaming and combining invoices
Handle phone coverage and communicate with vendors and customers

Required Qualifications:

2 weeks of on-site training
High school education or equivalent, with some college study in accounting, finance, or business administration preferred
Two or more years of accounting experience, with accounts payable or payroll experience desired
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word programs
Previous experience with accounting software programs desired
