DutiesGeneral Duties:Support all clinical services to enhance the
quality of care provided to all patients.Comply with company
policies, regulatory and safety standards, and code of
conduct.Create and facilitate a healing environment for patients,
staff, and providers.Represent company interests and image to the
community.Maintain a safe and clean working environment.Uphold
company vision and values.All other duties as
assigned.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for day-to-day operations of
our service lines.Manage patient scheduling (authorizations, etc.)
for clinical appropriateness and productivity.Manage staff
scheduling for proper coverage and support for providers.Manage
providers scheduling to ensure schedules are at capacity.Ensure
coverage is provided when staff or providers are on vacation or
call out sick.Onboard & train new and existing staff on all
clinical and operational matters for quality control.Complete daily
billing reconciliation including documentation and
coding.Responsible to minimize clinic/provider driven patient
rescheduling.Account for and place orders for all medical supplies
to ensure proper inventory.Responsible for auditing of clinical
charts/documentation and qualityReview checkout sheets for proper
documentation and referral measures.Review DME log sheets for
documentation and to meet or exceed set goals.Ensure that all
co-pay (cash) collections are logged and processed
appropriately.Generate weekly staff accountability and performance
reports for management.Generate weekly provider accountability and
performance reports for management.Implement protocols for
predictable unplanned events that will occur.Troubleshoot
unpredictable unplanned events that may occur.Have morning huddles
and prepare staff/facility daily to avoid communication
issues.Responsible for patient flow, time management and customer
service.Aid in local marketing efforts with community networking
and representing company.Responsible for overall patient
satisfaction and experience.Ensure facility is clean and organized
to deliver quality care.QualificationsBachelors degree in Business
Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred.
Other education and/or professional certification may be considered
for substitution.Master's degree in relevant field preferredTen
(10) years or more of related work experience in a lead or
supervisory position preferred.Hospital setting management
experience preferredBilingual (English/Spanish)
